THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HIGH TEMPERATURE AND LOW TEMPERATURE SYSTEM
The special cascade technology of the Daikin Altherma High Temperature system ensure that a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius can be reached without the use of an additional electric back-up heater. This is the main difference as a low temperature heat pump only gives a temperature of 40-50 degrees Celsius.
This means that this heat pump system can be configured for use in both new and refurbishment projects, and can be connected to standard high-temperature radiators. So, if you already have a heating system, there is no need to change your heat emitters.
The split system consists of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit and can be completed with solar connection.
A GOOD INVESTMENT
The inherent energy efficiency of Daikin Altherma makes it an ideal solution for your customers looking for reduced energy consumption and low CO2 emissions.
Depending on the model and conditions, a Daikin Altherma heat pump delivers about 5kWh of usable heat for every kWh of electricity it consumes. This means approximately 80% of the heat is free! Talk about a good investment.
WHY CHOOSE DAIKIN ALTHERMA
Suitable for underfloor heating, radiators and fan coils
The Daikin Altherma High Temperature system can be connected to traditional steel radiators but can also work with underfloor heating and fan coils.
Configuration indoor Unit and hot water cylinder
The indoor unit and the hot water cylinder of the Daikin Altherma High Temperature system can be mounted on top of each other or installed as separate units.
